Overview

At the beginning of 2022 , the ZWIN-CEMS06 continuous Emission Monitor System independently developed and produced by our company was successfully installed in a large-scale comprehensive hydropower construction project jointly developed by China and Luxembourg.

 

Project

The project is the largest project supported by the Chinese government and funded by Chinese financial institutions in Rwanda. it is one of the key projects of the « Eight Major Action Plans » of the 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation and a milestone in China-Rwanda cooperation.

 

Solution

ZWIN-CEMS06 Continuous Flue Gas Emission Monitor is mainly used for online monitoring of S02, NOx, O2,flue gas parameters (temperature.pressure, flow rate.humidity) and smoke from various fixed pollution sources. The monitoring of expansion modules such as CO and CO2 can be added. It is composed of particulate matter measurement subsystem, gaseous pollutant measurement subsystem, flue gas parameter measurement subsystem, and data acquisition and analysis subsystem, Through direct measurement and analysis (particulate matter) and extraction sampling (gaseous pollutants), the concentration of pollutants in the flue gas is determined, and the temperature of the flue gas, the pressure of the flue gas, the velocity of the flue gas,the oxygen content of the flue gas, and the emission are measured; Reports on monitoring parameters

Measuring principle:SO2,NO:UV difference;O2:Zirconia /Electrochemical

Full range:SO2:0~100mg/m³;NO:0~400mg/m³;O2:0-25%

Zero drift:≤±2.5%FS/24h

Range drift:≤±2.5%FS/24h

Response:≤200s(depending on the length of the pipeline)

Accuracy:Relative accuracy≤15%

ZWIN-CEMS06 Flue Gas Analyzer

ZWIN-CEMS06 Flue Gas Analyzer is a gas analyzer independently developed for environmental monitoring and on-line gas analysis of industrial site emissions, The analyzer is an instrument used to analvze gas composition, which is a kind of process analysis instrument It mainly measures the concentration of SO2, NO, O2 and other gases, It has high measurement accuracy, strong stability, high reliability, and fast response speed features.Especially suitable for extractive ultra-low emission CEMS systems.

 

Features

1.SO2 and NO use ultraviolet differential spectroscopy.Compared with traditional NDIR,the measurement accuracy is not affected by moisture and dust,and there is basically no zero point drift

2.Spectral analysis was performed using a high-resolution spectrometer with a low instrument detection limit.

3.The internal temperature control precision of the instrument is high,and the environment adaptability is good

4.The light source adopts a high-stability deuterium lamp,and the instrument has good stability.
