ZWIN-AQMS30 Environmental automatic online monitoring system
Product Description
The Environmental automatic online monitoring system adopts standard national standard methods for monitoring, has high detection accuracy and precision, and a drawer-type installation structure. It is a device launched by our company to provide an automatic environmental monitoring control system. It can be used as a new national control station, quality control station, township station or regional air quality monitoring station.
It consists of PM10 analyzer ( β-ray method ) , PM2.5 analyzer ( β-ray method ) , SO2 analyzer ( UV fluorescence method ) , NOx ( chemical spectrometry ) , O3 analyzer ( UV absorption method ) , CO analyzer ( correlated infrared absorption method ) , zero gas generator, dynamic calibrator, gas sampling system , meteorological monitoring, calibration system, urban imaging and other hardware, data acquisition and transmission system, monitoring station and other auxiliary materials.
▲ PM2.5/PM10 analyzer
The PM2.5/PM10 analyzer is based on the principle of β-ray absorption and is currently a widely used particle automatic analyzer at home and abroad. The β -ray particle automatic analyzer is a special instrument that can measure the concentration of inhalable lung particles ( PM10 and PM2.5 ) in the atmosphere. The main unit of the instrument is installed indoors and connected to the outdoor cutting head ( PM10 or PM2.5 ) through a sealed pipe . It can accurately monitor atmospheric particles PM10 ( aerodynamic diameter ≤10um ) and PM2.5 ( aerodynamic diameter ≤2.5um ) .
▲Zero air generator
▲Dynamic calibrator
The gas dynamic calibrator, standard gas and zero gas generator can form a calibration system. By adjusting the dilution ratio, a series of standard gases with concentration gradients can be obtained for calibrating analytical instruments. The zero gas generator is a microprocessor-controlled precision gas calibration instrument, which is mainly used for the calibration of analyzers in the continuous automatic online monitoring system of ambient air quality, and can also be used for quality control in laboratories and gas analyzer production.
▲O3 (ozone) analyzer
The ozone analyzer is a gas analyzer product developed for dilution measurement in ambient air quality monitoring and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS). It is based on the technical principle of ultraviolet absorption method and combined with advanced microprocessing technology to provide accurate and reliable nmol/mol~μmol/mol (ppb~ppm) level O3 measurement and analysis.
▲CO (carbon monoxide) analyzer
The CO analyzer is a gas analyzer product of our company for dilution measurement in ambient air quality monitoring and continuous emission monitoring systems. It is based on the technical principle of gas filtration-related non-spectroscopic infrared method and combined with advanced microprocessing technology to provide accurate and reliable ppm-level CO measurement and analysis.
▲SO2 (sulfur dioxide) analyzer
The sulfur dioxide analyzer is a gas analyzer product developed for dilution measurement in ambient air quality monitoring and continuous emission monitoring systems. It is based on the technical principle of ultraviolet fluorescence method and combined with advanced microprocessing technology to provide accurate and reliable nmol/mol~ μ mol/mol ( ppb~ppm ) level S O 2 measurement and analysis.
▲NOx (nitrogen oxides) analyzer
nitrogen oxide analyzer is chemiluminescence. Light energy is emitted due to chemical reactions. After nitrogen oxides absorb chemical energy, they are excited to an excited state. When they return to the ground state from the excited state, they release energy in the form of photons. By measuring the light intensity of photons, substances can be quantitatively analyzed.
